The riverâ€™s tent is broken: the last fingers of leaf
Clutch and sink into the wet bank. The wind
Crosses the brown land, unheard. The nymphs are departed.
Sweet Thames, run softly, til I end my song.
The river bears no empty bottles, sandwich papers,
Silk handkerchiefs, cardboard boxes, cigarette ends
Or other testimony of summer nights. The nymphs are departed.

great river perspective!

... really like to see a bigger version.
but something seems wrong with the sky (or ist it just oversharpened?)?
Maybe a touch of monochrome wouldn't hurt, though...

Thanks for the comments. I uploaded a larger image and tried to tke care of some of the graininess. Unfortunately I used Agfa 400 ISO film and developed it in Kodak D-76 developer, and the two don't seem to get along very well.

No. Not at all in the one above(except levels). In the larger one I just tried to soften the grain a bit with layers.

hmm I can't recall if had any problems with the agfa/d-76 combo.. I know at school we used D-76 exclusively and we got handed all sorts of film of various manufacturer

on to the pic... i don't find the grain detracts too much away from the image.. well it's a solid, fantastic shot..not much else to say
