Description

This is drawing is a follow up after "The lost gnome" The squiril guides the gnome to the valley of hope... Worked more with mood and light in this, and on an white paper... Trying to define my own style...

Took me about 10-15 hours to complete. Pencil on paper. 50 X 35 cm. Had to photograph it, but I hope youÂ´ll get an idea what it looks like...

This is fantastic!!! It has a VERY distinct style, and its extemely unique - a total breath of fresh air. I love your subtle changes in contrast around outlines (for example the lighter regions behind the mountains), which lend this piece an eye-popping surreal style. I also appreciate your careful attention to detail.

A hint of depth behind the mountaints would be nice. Right now, it looks kind of like one of those flat earth maps, where the water falls off the edge. :]
