I'm not too keen on the background or doylies (sp?) to be honest, but you've done a nice job with the shading...

Something about the neck doesn't feel right to me, it seems too big. She looks like she should have a delicate thin neck. At the moment it looks kinda masculine.

I'm not saying i could do better btw, i'm a complete novice, just learning to draw...
