Description

5h, ballpoint and white colored pencil on paper 8150g/m^2).
A Xmas present for an online friend. Anatomical bugs at head and hands (so sue me ;-) but drawing the cloth was fun. just couldn't come up with a suitable title...

YAY! First vote and comment! I've never seen you jump out of the photography zone. I'm very impressed. Especially with a traditional medium.

I'm a firm believer that anatomy doesn't have to be textbook 24/7. Seeing how you already recognize it I'll disregard it and vote on technique alone. (thumbup)

This is a bautiful drawing Daniela! Lighting is quite accurate, and the sign is interesting in its nervous dynamics. There are some problems with her mouth zone. About the hands : i do like them that way, a lot, i think those sketched hands work better than fine modelled ones, in this drawing :)

It's nice to see someone posting a drawing in the drawing section, since almost everyone is posting paintings and vector arts instead!

Definitely a great piece,
greetings,
a.

I see no problems. The cloth struck me as beautiful first. Of course, the rest followed in my mind as beautiful too. :)
Inspiration for us all (thumbup)

the drapery is yummy! Let me give you a title, it should be called "Unfolded Fate". Nice hatch!

nice cloth, I disagree with the left hand a bit, the part between shoulder and elbow seems awfully long. +9, I should give more because it's ballpoint though..

Hmm, I like it, although the arm could do a bit of shortening, but as it is with a ballpoint, hard to correct, and the drawing is still a beauty, has a very nice feeling in it. So anyway, it is very good. Relaxing and nice to look at. Good job!

Damn it woman! I didn't know you were THIS good with the pen. I have only seen your photo stuff before :) The shading is GREAT. The only crit I have is that the arms seems to be a bit too long.

like this really. But the paper --- 8150 g/m². what a weight.
Hast du auf Sperrholz gezeichnet? 8,1 kg pro qm?

How about "I'll be back mom." for the title.

P.S. I freaking love the behavior in the cloth. Very accurate. Not to mention the concern shown in her face. Real.
