Description
Oil painting on canvas. It has been done during summer 04.
It somehow tells a moment of my very own story. I stand there, self-portrayed with some beautiful creature I had been dreaming of. In a faithful coincidence she was brought to me on those ethereal heights above my greyish city; faith again tore her off so suddenly, leaving me filled with that deep emotion, a joyful reminiscence of what could be that love I hadn't felt for so long.

The precission, effort and spended time is REALLY visible on the canvas - perfectly estimated light, especially bottom of the canvas. Uff, that stone fish looks so real.
And there's also perfectionism in the perspective and anatomy. Only part I don't feel absolutelly confortable is the man's left hand. Althought it's extended by perspective, somehow it looks longer than it shall be, though.
Oh, just by the way: is the color ballance same as on the original ?

I love all the details but specially the little ones, those that make you look for hours to these picture. That stone fish is great! The face stone, the city, and omg the flowers are gorgeus!! The detail of the flowers on her feet, damn. I love it, shame on me that can only give you a 8
But trust, this is precious!
