Beautiful photo Peter. I miss the color where I live. I enjoy your use of slow shutter speed. I love the appearance it gives to moving water. Hm, I'm a bit late on this. You got the sharpening good here but there's one more trick - make one layer with font & frame and one with the photo and sharpen just the photo. Ah, well, what to say about the photo? You directly transferred it from a fairy tale into our world, no crits at all.
