Description

This is the image i've done for cgtalk.com's Grand Space Opera challenge. I've tried to achieve a orientalist sci-fi look. Hi and low technology together. It was fun to do. Didn't get a degree though...anyway. Enjoy...

Very nice!
I really like the spaceship design also the color scheme. The skyline (or panorama dunno what it is called in english) of the city also looks good, that part has bit of a romantic/fantasy feeling

8/8

Superb! I detect a bit of Chriss Foss influences, especially in the huge spaceship markings. Beautiful lighting!

a damn neat thing - great design too. only thing that looks a bit weird... these landing ships are soooooo huge... shouldnt they actually peak through the clouds? yet the clouds are still above these ships. aside of that... truly bloody well done job.
