lets c... ur image is out of proportion, only her face is outlines, why not the rest? what did u use to colour it in? she has no shadow.
nice background colour tho, dig the eye.

practice makes perfect ;)

I would suggest reading up on some Anatomy tutorials. Once you have a pretty basic grasp of that, look into some research on the subject of Depth, you know, shadows and things like that to add depth to your images. A different medium might help you too. I'm not sure, but I'm assuming those were oil pastels. Try colored pencils, they're easy to use, and even easier to shade with. Try to keep your style constant, what I'm referring to is the dark, dark outlines on the face and hair of the girl. The fact that it was only on her facial area and not the rest of her body. Try to keep something constant throughout your entire picture, otherwise it will often look amaturistic.

Not bad, I agree with the tutorial ideas, and studying other artists you admire and their styles. I'm just a beginner, but I'm working on that too. Not bad though. Keep it up!

It some severly anatomy proportion problems
from the Large Thumbnail seems to be good
her face and expression are well render, charming kind.
