Tenchu is what I thought too I like the misty night look myself but I feel that the overuse of grays in both the middle and background due lead to a bit of flatness... The weapon handles are superb btw.

Nobody else has said it, but I will. You have major problems you need to address regarding colour and form. The main character is well-painted in the main, but the rest looks like a 5 minute concept sketch before the colours have been added. The soft brushes do not work and in combination with the uniform greys create a flat and dismal effect. If you stop treating your backgrounds differently from your foregrounds you could produce something truly excellent.
