Hello
This is my low poly modelling, character design and texturing exercise.
DX is 1/5 character of my Ninjas vs. Demon/ zombie theme.

I have also completed Taka and Felicity please take a look and vote.

Modelled in Maya, textured in PS.

Modelling 10 hrs
Unwrapping 5 hrs
Texturing 15 hrs

DX
1752 Tri faces
512 x 512, 512 x 512 textures

Sword = 116 tri faces
Knife = 28 tri faces
256 x 256 Textures

Nice model ! I think you can keep it as quads when you show the wireframe. The most common thing is that the 3d engine will do the triangulation and it is more easy to get an overview with all quads. I do not really know why you have separated some parts of the fingers. Just an uperside and an downside of the hands will do I guess ;)

I see you listen to my advice about the eyes ;)

What looks a little bit strange to me is the chestplate when it has a broken edge like that towards the armpit.

good model overall and I give it 8/9

If you do not already post on CGtalk forums I suggest you to do so since there is much more 3d interested people over there. Mail me if you need more info.

probably their work in progress forums will be your best bet since I got refused with a model in their finished section when it was still in bind pose.

very cool. One thing though, and I know I'm being nitpicky, but perhaps the sword is a tad too long. The Ninja commonly used shorter swords if I'm not mistaken.

again, I'm being nitcpicky. This is really nice.
