It does look like it should be in the photo-manipulation section, in that the petals look pasted over the photo of the girl (so that it's no longer one single photo, but comprised of two different elements to make a new piece of work). The composition is nice enough, and the colours are great, but the petals don't look quite blended in with what's behind them (that is, the edges don't quite blend in with the girl). However, nice work

This is very creative. I like your use of desaturation here. I don't think her eyes should have color though. In my humble opinion, they should be grey. Also, this photo does indeed need to be relocated to the photo-manip category because you have added elements to it. You can easily go to your art page, click edit, and change the photo's category.

The eyes in the black and white image are great. If you desaturate them the emphasis would shift and the eyes are important in and portrait.
