Hi by all!It is nostalgia of memoirs about Russian bath-house...
For those who does not know, I can explain.

its looks like he is glowing in the dark why is that?

* Lose the fuzzy shadows. In dark, with bright light and such black shadows, they should be much sharper.
* The character looks like he's glowing, because the shadows on his body are much much lighter than everything around him. If you want to put more stress on him, change the light source direction and shade his surroundings accordingly.
* The foot on the ground has a little strange perspective. It should be viewed less from above and more from in front - just a little.
Other than these points, it's very cute indeed.

Nice work, dude. I agree with Renovak about the shadows, 'caus it would give more depth to image, helping to integrate the guy with the background.
