I was listening to the U2 the other day and I found inspiration for this shot in the song Walk on.

A person walking on the path and going away from the trees and shadows....
...all this is a kind of a symbol.... a sybmol of our life sometimes...
hehe i don`t know you tell me....

Picture was taken on 1.1.2005.

I really hope you will like it. Enjoy it! Is is one of my favorite photos I have ever taken. ..

Very nice Ciril. I love the play of the long dark shadows against the dark highlights. Is there such a thing as dark highlights??? Hehe. I think this would work better if there was some more open space directly in front with the foreground trees all off to the sides. They would create a natural frame. The tree directly in front to me appears to be in the way.

Good work nevertheless.

I get the impression from this photo that this is not as friendly as the misty one; the trees seem very intimidating. Great way to show two "moods" of the forest - very harsh and foreboding vs. soft and comforting. Nice work!!
