i agree with nathan. the blue shape i like allot. I like the graidents.

as well, the red text matches good witht the blue.

your text isnt alligned properly. (i.e the numbers) . nice simple design, but i feel theres a slight bit too much white. and maybe use a different font?

The blue shapes are great, really clean. The font though... it looks and feels of out place to me, also the "1." needs to be re-aligned I think.
I dont agree that "simplicity is the key of an good design" but instead that the design understands it's place and tries to be what it is and not something else. Simplicity is often a good way to achive this as it lowers the amount of elements to allow the work to focus better.
So other than the text I love it. (maybe try using the same colours for the text?)

I will sure try to align the numbers...it will look better.

In this case, the simlicity theory works...but not always, in my design i use whatever drops on my mind, i will submit more works soon and you will see.
This design is ment to be super-simple and i think i achieved that.
