Whoo hoo! What better way to celebrate my coming back to GFX than being first on a Linda Tso piece!!!

I like the pose, and this is sort of along the lines of what we talked about in giving more expression. Sure she's not doing cartwheels, but she has sort of happy uneasiness of a unexplored frontier and perhaps a first true taste of freedom??

Great color variation, especially w/the horse. I especially like the saddle detail.

the horse is looking lil bit flat...and her hand could be more feminine ...i mean her grip. and her pose seems to be lil bit static..stiff..but these are just my opinion..i like the colours u used sweet girl...do u use ref. for ur works ? just curious...

That's a nice name and it suits the image well. Why call it boring "Ice Wind" for? Xuefeng sounds better

From her waist up, everything is just perfect, including the background. But the lower half of the pic would need some more work - not as much as to distract from the main subject of course, but the horse and the girl´s leg definitely need more defined anatomy and lights. I´m very intrigued about what is your method of work, I love your stuff.

Soet: Xuefeng? That sounds like that famous Taiwanese illustrator, you know, the one who's married to Common. If you go to http://www.hotupub.com/ you can see the title in Chinese, which is "Ice Wind (something)"... this girl's name sounds like um, "Shu-eh Lin-In" in English, see I said it would sound silly!
