This a good work, but for the reference I could see that you he copied over the photo, and not only looking at the reference as must be! To draw looking at is a thing! To draw with a sheet of paper on the photo is another one! It prefers to look at! Hailaxilamba for all!

I really appreciate the fine work that went into integrating the cratered skin and the lower lip, I would love to see an even more extreme "take over" with more features alien and less features human. It really, really looks very natural, and the movement of the alien texture from up to the lips is just right, and catches well with the expression.
