How to convey the illousion of movement. That could be tricky here... Streak the light sources toward the rear of the fish possibly.

I think the mouth would need more detailing and the water in this picture looks very fake, almost like blue with white specs painted on top. looks more like a blue space than water... also, perhaps, picture would have overall looked better if we were seeing him as a frontal shot, like he was eating us
the texuring/post work is the best part of this picture, on the fish, its great. good work
