This a great piece. I like the idea and the execution. I do almost feel like the focal point is swallowed up in all the detail, but I'm not sure what I'd suggest to fix that. (It seems as if the banana, midground diner, and waiter monkey form a sort of focal point, but my eye keeps skittering around them.) I like how you muted the background--that definitely helps keep the detail from completely taking over. Still, it's a pretty successful piece and most amusing. I must go look at more of your gallery.

this is really impressive, awesome work, i know the monkeys are the main focus but your background is pretty snappy too....my favorite monkey is the one in the foreground with only half his face showing,...almost looks like his food is not quite up to his standard... +9/9

This is wonderful!! The only small thing i'd suggest would be for you to try colored lineart, instead of just black. Just a suggestion, anyways. These character rock, and the background too.
