Sweet! It sorta reminds me (just by the look of the character, the mood of the scene and the presence of birds) of Vicious from Cowboy Bebop. Really nicely done. I can almost hear him splashing in the puddles as he walks along. Really love the color palette to this too. +9

Really nice! The lighting is fantastic...but I think the ripples at his feet would go out a little farther than you have it, just because water is very easily jostled. Really eerie
