Edit - Thanks for your great suggestions, all were very interesting

I'm incorporating the word 'egg' in the title because I started the picture with a photo of an exploded hard boiled egg (see montage below).
This is the first hybrid I will submit, consisting of at least 50% painting. To assist you in identifying the painted parts, I have included a montage

Edit - made white line (which is the waterline in the aquarium) less distinct and more uneven.

"SHOW TIME" is the title for me. The fish is so happy like an actor in a succesfull debut. Beautiful work and plenty of humour.

I really like the fluid composition and the sense of depth. I'm not so sure about the horizontal line and its placement. The line looks like a rendering pass of some 3d package. How about "Swallowed by Design"

don't have a good idea for a title, but....i really like the pic......
except for that white line accros it....

maybe a darkish seaweedy background or something?

BluePulse and Zimm - sorry about that, without the foreknowledge that this is a salt-water aquarium, you would have had no way of knowing that the white line was a water line. I've made it less distinct and more imperfect

I did leave it in because I modelled that jellyfish after the Portuguese Man o' War, that floats on and above the surface of the water. THX for you comments

its like a nasty monster eating jelly fish thing and its got all those things coming out like it just barfed out its insides but yet they are holding the fish and the fish doesn't mind
so that jelly fish is giving out toxic love
maybe its too gilryish of a name for a guy post
but thats how I seen it

To me, it looks like the skull fish is regurgitating some kind of wonderful fluid onto the other fish. But that's just me. Great work.
