Face is drawn perfectly. It was your choice to pick direct light so there's no discussion about it - it really has photorealistic look. Include light spot on her nose. Only crit is the solution of hear on top of the head. I would expect more precission on it. mmmhhh hair are not important subject in portraits i think, Rembrandt (the best portrait artist in my opinion) usually finish the hair with a few fast strokes.

Terrific painting. The hair may not be photo-realistic, but I don't find that it any way makes this anything but a great portraiture. (PS. not contradicting Robert's comment, just adding that while the hair could indeed be improved, the portrait itself is very well done )
