for me all perfect except the lips, they look a little weird (i think they are not even in both sides), maybe some spark could make it look more alive, but maybe im wrong.....

She really has very beautiful eyes and overall look reminds me actress Jennifer Gardner.

As  bellas mentioned, eye on the portrait looks little small. I would also recommend to darken an upper lips a bit - that would help with recognition of incomming light.

Anyway, render of eye and nose is perfect - it's clean with anatomically correct shape

I will love to see a full version!!!! Too small for my eyes!!! But it dose look like a very good and nest tecnique!!!!
