It's well drawn that's for sure...but if it's an evening scene..the laterns should be projecting the light...right now this is coming off kinda flat, there's no real discernable light source.

+10 It's awesome. I do think it is a tad bit on the busy side. My eyes can't seem to concentrate on your wonderful characters and that is a shame. That's all I got in the way of crits, though...this is great.

Hehe yeah, at first, I just wanted the garden lanterns but then I made a sakura tree...

When I was 80% done with the pic, I was juggling between using the lanterns or the tree as my background. In the end, I couldn't decide which was better so I just kind of amalgamated those two together. o.oa
