This is an interview with Precurser from Endeffect.com. He is a well known artist, and produces some of the finest wallpapers you can find at any customization site. The interview was done by Matteo and can also be found at WastedYouth.org.

The Interview

GFXartist, Matteo: hey pre, how are ya?
Precurser: pretty good, you?

GFXartist, Matteo: i'm excellent.. so what've u been up to lately?
Precurser: well lately ive released a couple wallpapers. been trying new techniques. i have also been doing a little work with a website, i may get hired too.

GFXartist, Matteo: what site?
Precurser: the site is www.greatdomains.com its a domain name auction type of site.

GFXartist, Matteo: are you doing graphic or web design? or both?
Precurser: well i was contacted by the site developer to re-design the nav bar. but i have also done the html for it as well apparently they wanted something better than they have now

GFXartist, Matteo: that's cool, so tell me about seire.. i noticed you and iST have been involved with that alot.. what are your plans with it?
Precurser: yeah, ive always wanted to be in an artgroup. and not too long ago one of the senior staff contacted me asking if i wanted to join. i joined right after their 2nd arpack release and we just recently released our 5th. misery joined shortly after. and iST just joined up not even a month ago

GFXartist, Matteo: yeah.. the work was great.. i was quite impressed..
Precurser: its been pretty cool so far. its a lot of fun and the people in there are really cool. thank you very much. as for my plans with it, i plan on being in there for as long as i do digital art, so who knows, i may be in there for quite a while

GFXartist, Matteo: i hope to see more of it.. it should take off alot soon..
Precurser: its been a really cool experience for me.

GFXartist, Matteo: so what's up with endeffect.com, i know you went through some domain troubles a while back.. you wanna share about it?
Precurser: sure. well the domain name endeffect.com was purchased by a company for me last year. Something happened with the persons account at networksolutions.com and they told him he had to get rid of one of his domains on his account, or have it point to another server. he couldnt risk taking one of his business ones down so endeffect.com was the one that took the boot i really didnt understand all of it, and neither did anyone i told. but we came to an agreement and the domain was transfered over to me and put into mine and iST's names. prior to that it was only under his (the person who bought it)

GFXartist, Matteo: ahh.. i see.. so what are your plans for the site?
Precurser: well. when the domain name went down. i originally planned to re-design it since i thought it would be down for a month or two. but the problem was resolved about a week later. which left me no time to get a design done. but i have been thinking about new designs lately and i hope to come up with a better one than now. im not sure how much longer it will take. but its not that big of a deal. the design it has now is not that old anyway. it will get a facelift tho. =)

GFXartist, Matteo: yeah.. i like the design now.. can't wait to see what you come up with.
Precurser: thank you. i try to surpass my designs with the next

GFXartist, Matteo: allright, personal questions.. what are your hobbies?
Precurser: well.. basically, and mostly digital art and music. and hanging out with my girlfriend and friends. i also write poetry every so often, but ive been doing more art than that. i also like to go to various places, like the mall, or movies.

GFXartist, Matteo: typical 18 year old.. i know.. i'm 18 too... that's cool.. what kind of music do you like?
Precurser: haha. what else is there to do? =) i mostly like electronica and industrial and aphex twin... however you would catagorize that ;P

GFXartist, Matteo: oh man.. they rock.. the only reason i bought pi:the soundtrack :)
Precurser: haha. yeah good movie too BTW.

GFXartist, Matteo: excellent.. highly recommended . anyways.. do you have any personal plans for your life? education? career?
Precurser: well i really hope to get a permanent job with GreatDomains.com which would get me pretty much set money-wise. after that. im not sure. i would like to go to an art college so i can learn a little more about 3d modeling

GFXartist, Matteo: it shouldn't be hard to find a good art college in cali..
Precurser: but whatever i do. you got my word that it will be something with computers and art

GFXartist, Matteo: i hope so..
Precurser: yeah thats true. there are a couple here that i think seem to be pretty good for me

GFXartist, Matteo: allright, what's your favorite movie?
Precurser: but i would like to get into making my own music sometime soon =) oh gosh.. you know, i would say the matrix. but to me that seems like its everyones answer nowadays

GFXartist, Matteo: yeah.. especially around here..
Precurser: but i would think probably 5th element. even tho that has a rep just like matrix =P

GFXartist, Matteo: excellent choice..
Precurser: =) thanks. Ive seen it too many times.. hehe

GFXartist, Matteo: i ask this to everyone, is there anything you'd like to say to the people viewing this interview?

GFXartist, Matteo: ahh.. thanks.. i wanted to do something with my poetry but someone already stole that idea :P
