you have no idea how helpful this tutorial is. I didn't have the slightest clue how to create clouds and used to use that render tool in photoshop. lol. It was never realistic though thankyou so much for sharing your technique with all of us. :)

I found those instructions hard to follow for a beginner like myself.

I agree with mxpx to an extent. Using a "large" brush is mostly opinion-based and can kinda deal with the size of your document. I still like it however.

Thank you for such a helpful (and cost-effective) tutorial. I will be benefiting from this, I'm sure.

This gives me an excellent starting point. It is always so helpful to see things progress step by step.

Right of the start i cant follow anymore: "Start painting with max saturation and max value....... (sharp edge, pressure-sensitive opacity)".

1. Max Sat. on the brush? My hole cloud looked like a neon party in the sky :s On the layer i didn't see half the colors i selected.

2. Pressure-sensitive opacity? Where do you select that? You got Mode, Opacity and Flow. Even in the advanced options there is nothing with pressure-sensitive opacity.

Also by the lighting i would say the sun is still high in the sky, but the clouds are pink, that makes the sun near the horizon. Wouldn't that make the light on the clouds be more on the bottom?

Feel free to send me a msg if you can help me figure that out.
