Assembly 2002The 2002 edition of one of the biggest and most famous demoparties on Earth, Assembly, closed it doors yesterday. About 4500 people attented the event to party, enjoy themselves, and maybe even try to win one or more of the several available competitions aswell. The organisation also organized some game seminars for people interested in the game industry. They invited a lot of people over from wellknown companies like Markus Mäki and Peter Hajba from Remedy Entertainment, Björn Lynne from Team 17 and Rob Hubbard from Electronic Arts to talk about various subjects ranging from 3D rendering to starting your own game studio. People who are interested in the results of the several competitions and the releases brought to the party can go and check them out through FTP at scene.org and asmparty.net.
