every member blog has its own rss syndication file:
http://membername.gfxartist.com/blog/rss

this can be added to any RSS reader program to check new blog posts

Or if you have Firefox, click the RSS icon in the right bottom to add the RSS feed to your bookmarks

Can normal members not submit one?

You can fill everything in, but there's not a "Submit" (or similar) button anywhere

Fixed that... indeed, normal members can't submit cause they don't have a GFXplus account that features the blog function.

I don't have the time to blog but it's nice you keep adding stuff ^_^

@emarts: rss is something like a protocol that can read webpages and then bring the content to you. So for example in a newssite it can read through articles and when a new article is released the website sends it to your reader program. Hope I explained it correctly

Ok, I am a plus member and I still have no Submit button... I can edit or delete a submission, and when I click on it, it says I am an Unknown Visitor commenting on my own blog!

is it possible to edit? I saw the feature while entering the blog but I can't access it anymore now that I published it..(since the link I added is not there somehow after publishing).

There is an edit link in the left column under "My controls" you should be able to edit your post
